How do I get over someone I still love?

Limit contact, accept the loss and invest in your own life and support network.
You can still love someone and accept that the relationship is over. Moving on does not mean your feelings were not real; it means choosing your wellbeing.
It usually takes time, and feelings tend to fade gradually with less contact.
Create distance
Reduce or pause contact, and avoid social media checking. This lets your mind stop reopening the wound.
Accept the reality
Write down why the relationship ended and read it when you romanticise the past.
Fill your life
Spend time with friends, move your body and try new activities. If the pain does not ease or affects daily life, talk to a counsellor.
