What we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you use the site we store the courses you unlock, your credit balance and the articles you save. We do not store card numbers: payments are handled by our payment provider and we only ever receive a confirmation of payment.
Why we collect it
To give you access to the courses you paid for, to keep your progress across devices, to answer your messages, and to understand which articles are useful so we can write better ones.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email to addresses that did not ask for it, and we do not share your information with advertisers beyond aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved reading, progress and credit balance; purchased credits are not refundable once deleted.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies, where used, are described in the cookie policy and only set with your consent.
