Instead of 'I do admin', say 'I manage email inboxes for busy real estate agents'. Specialisation allows you to charge more and makes it easier for clients to trust you with their specific problems. Limit yourself to two core services to start so you can build a strong, credible portfolio quickly without overwhelming yourself.
